The Singapore Zoo formerly known as the Mandai Zoo commonly known from locally, within Singapore's heavily forested central catchment area, occupies 28 hectare on the margins of Upper Seletar Reservoir.
Singapore Zoo beautifully designed zoo where animals live in naturalistic habitats, you can trek along foot tracks or hop on to a guided tram to see natural wonders like the endangered white tiger and the world’s largest collection of proboscis monkeys.
Set in a rain-forest environment, Singapore Zoo is home to over 2,800 animals from over 300 species of mammals, birds and reptiles. The park also boasts the world’s first free-ranging orang utan habitat in a zoo. You can even enjoy dining alongside orang utans at the Jungle Breakfast with the Wildlife programme at Ah Meng Restaurant.
