Bukit Timah Nature Reserve

(#177 Hindhede Drive, Singapore 589333, Singapore ,011-65-6468-5736 )
This nature reserve rain-forest, just 12km away from the city's high-rises, offers hiking and bike trails for observing some of the rarest insect, bird and mammal species in the world. At 164 meters, you’ll find the most challenging trails in Singapore on the republic’s tallest hill. You can do great mountain bike trial - it takes you on a huge loop, has places where you can choose more technical tracks, and has some good legs to get to cornering in. Even fun if you get caught under the monsoonal rain dump. There are also wonderful views of Upper Peirce Reservoir, and plenty of wildlife to look out for, including long-tailed macaque monkeys (just don’t feed them or get too close).

Chinese Garden and Japanese Gardens

(#1 Chinese Garden, Singapore 619795, Singapore + 65 6261 3632 )
A peaceful garden with beautiful scenery and buildings. It is divided into two part , Chinese Garden and Japanese Garden. Comprising both Chinese and Japanese Gardens on two man-made islands in Jurong Lake, Chinese Garden offers some stunning examples of Asian design elements. The former stands out for its Suzhou-style arrangement of 1,000 bonsai trees imported from China, while the latter is outfitted with charming details like wooden bridges, carp ponds, pebble footpaths and stone lanterns. Chines Garden have more interesting scenery for taking picture. Find some shady spot , relax a bit and enjoy the scenery to feel an atmosphere of ancient China. Just walking and enjoying the scenery sure helping you to calm your mind

East Coast Park

( Along East Coast Parkway and East Coast Park Service Road (Bedok), Singapore 455486, Singapore )
Aloof from the busy mainstream city of Singapore, this part is relaxed and pollution free with the cyclists, joggers and kids playing in the area. Featuring a scenic sea view, this beachfront area is most famous for its park, which spans a 15 km stretch of coastline, and offers an array of sporting, dining and recreational activities such as biking, rollerblading, fishing, sailing, windsurfing or kayaking. Plenty of restaurants are also there, so as not to worry for food. Adventurous people can rent a BBQ for about 15 dollars a day as well.

Fort Canning Park

(#Cox Terrace, Singapore 179618, Singapore,1800-471 7300)
Great place to relax and picnic lots of different tree species, as well as a Spice Garden  and Gothic-style gates, among other things.Take the 14th century walk, it is self-guided and easy to understand. One of Singapore’s most historic and beautiful landmarks, this is where the British decided to surrender Singapore to the Japanese. Today, its lush lawns draw picnic-goers, as well as large-scale events like theater productions and concerts. Fort canning park was once a palace surrounded by water and its form justifies it. That is why it has steep stairs. It is also the ultimate proof that Singapore's natives were Malays. This hailed land also carries the transition of Hinduism to Islam when Islam came about in Singapore in the 14th century. This place should be visited and studied not only by tourists but also recommended for Singaporeans .

Gardens by the Bay

( #18 Marina Gardens Drive, Singapore 018953, Singapore,+65 6420 6848 )
The gardens are sprawling and feature Indian, Japanese, and Chinese Gardens, but the main attractions are the Flower Dome, the Cloud forest and the Super Trees all of which have an entrance fee. A visually-arresting site that features towering steel Super trees that stretch up to 50 meters into the sky, giving you a panoramic view of the gardens and the city’s bustling urban hub, while two domed conservatories house over 200,000 plants. To the right side of the entrance there are cactus gardens and other interesting displays of unusual plants in their "native habitat." It was a lovely stroll, but the highlight was definitely the Cloud Forest. An 8 story structure houses a towering waterfall and a recreation of a high mountain forest complete with exotic plants. One takes the elevator to the top and then meanders slowly down, learning about the plants found at different levels on the "mountain" and how that habitat is slowly disappearing.

MacRitchie Reservoir Park

(Off Lornie Road, Singapore, Singapore,1800 471 7300)
MacRitchie is probably the most commercial of the reservoirs here (apart from the Marina now of course) but is still peaceful and a nice place to go for a walk. The oldest park in Singapore, MacRitchie’s running trails and boardwalks skirting the perimeter of the forested area are scenic, sheltered and span distances from three to 11 kilometers. Highly recommend locals and visitors alike to get out to any of the reservoirs for a nice walk and see what is left of some natural Singapore .It’s a popular spot for nature lovers and exercise enthusiasts alike, great for leisurely strolls along the water's edge or a heart-racing run. Try looking for the ruins of a Shinto shrine, which the Japanese built during the Japanese Occupation of Singapore.

Mount Faber Park

( #109 Mount Faber Road, Singapore 099203, Singapore )
Located on Mount Faber, the views from this mountain are pretty spectacular as they are from the entire Southern Ridge this scenic hilltop park offers some of the best views of the city ,Sentosa and of the ships passing through the Straights. When you come over the weekend, there were students offering free face-painting which the kids enjoyed.  Pasir Ris Park one of the largest parks in Singapore, highlights here include a renowned children’s playground (which features giant “space nets” and slides) and a three-story bird-watching tower. The outdoor playground was quite good and there were kids playing there till way after 9.30pm.  If you’re up for a little adventure, hire a bicycle and explore the six-hectare mangrove forest and its inhabitants like mud crabs and mud-skippers.

Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve

( #301 Neo Tiew Crescent, Singapore 718925, Singapore,+ 65 6794 1401)
Singapore’s only protected wetland nature park is home to over 500 species of animals and plants. Many interesting mangroves, butterflies, dragonflies, water birds, turtles, sea snakes, cobras, water monitors, crabs, golden orb spiders, various lizards and frogs. The best time to visit is early morning when the wildlife is at its most active, such as a resident family of otters, crabs and even water snakes, so keep a camera handy. Visit could be anything from 1 hour - 4 hours, depending on your stamina and the weather. No food available, so take your own, just leave your footprints.
